We use a flat rate for shipping good within Australia.
Usual turnaround time approx 1 -2 weeks. You will be notified of tracking number once your order has been embroidered and completed on dispatch.
Returns: If your order is not correct, then Please contact us before returning your order or any products.
No returns will be accepted without return request form.
